VANSAWESTERNCAPE is currently in the process of setting itself up as a Section 21 company. The benefits of becoming a section 21 company include creating a better administrative structure and therefore increasing funding oppurtunities. VANSAWESTERNCAPE has registered the company's name as drawn up its articles of association,which will still be in accordance to VANSA national's constitution.All the documents have been submitted to the registar and we are now awaiting our certificate which we anticipate receiving by mid June 2008.
