Tell us by sending us a story of environmental degradation in South Africa that you care about, and ensure that South Africa knows about what problems we need to fix...and you could also win some cool green prizes.
HOW IT WORKS:
Send us your story of how South
Africa’s environment is being damaged or destroyed.
It could be:
- a video of sewerage that’s polluting your local river
- a picture of a two-headed fish you found near a nuclear plant
- a letter about how a mine is taking away a town’s livelihood
- or evidence that those lovely red GM tomatoes aren’t really
tomatoes after all!
Use pen, paper, photos, paint, videos, stick men or any other medium
to tell your story. Anyone can enter - amateurs, professionals, young
and old.

To get a better idea of what is happening, we’re documenting the stories that you enter in an exhibition at the Two Oceans Aquarium. This will help us take stock of the State of our Environment and help us to see the big picture. Most importantly, we’ll get to know about the problems out there. You can’t fix what you don’t know about.
