The Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport seeks to recognise outstanding achievements and contributions in the areas of Arts & Culture, Language, Museums, Heritage, Libraries and Archive Services in the Western Cape. These awards are open to any individuals, organisation or group whose efforts have made a difference to the communities within the Western Cape. The nominees should be 18 years and older, and South African citizens.
