This is your check in spot for the Visual Arts in the Western Cape.  The Visual Arts Network of South Africa is a Non-Profit dedicted to the Visual Arts in the Western Cape. (Other branches serve other provinces.)  We are here for Artists, Curators, Gallerists, Admistrators and Educators, as well as organisations, companies, institutions and service providers that participate in or serve the visual arts sector.  

We have a fantastic gallery space, SPIN SPACE, selling affordable cutting edge contemporary South African art, and as collector, and director of ART Insure, Gordon Massie says, "often for LESS than it's cost you for lunch for two in the city."

The Network has positioned itself as being a body that pursues five key areas of activity:

• Promoting and supporting networking and the sharing of information and opportunity within the visual arts sector
• Market Platforms
• On going education and training
• Consulting with the sector, and where necessary, conducting researching into critical needs within the sector
• Constructively engaging government and the private sector with regard to government and corporate policies which impact on the sector, and identifying and pursuing areas of mutual benefit
